1. Unwanted Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please advise bybrooker.com that you wish to return an item, and wait to receive a return number to be included in the package BEFORE shipping it back to us.  Any items sent back without prior agreement will only be refunded at the discretion of the proprietor.

We very much recommend that you use a tracked delivery service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Otherwise, the return may not be accepted.

Please ensure that the original packaging is used and that the item is secure to avoid any damage whilst in transit.  Refunds for any items damaged whilst in transit cannot be issued, so please avoid this situation.

Sale items are eligible for refund as per the above terms.

2. Exchange

You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

The same as as a return:  You may notify bybrooker.com if you wish to exchange one item for another, but this must be approved prior to the exchange.  Any items sent back without prior agreement will only be exchanged at the discretion of the proprietor.

3. Defective items

You have 7 calendar days to return a faulty item from the date you received it, either for replacement or a full refund should you desire.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except where the item is faulty. Shipping costs will be refunded in full for returning defective items.  Unfortunately in all other cases shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund upon inspection of the item.  If everything is in order, the return will be processed.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase in question.

The time it takes to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies.

After contacting us at hi@bybrooker.com to arrange a return please ship the item securely to the address which will be provided.
